We are a sister team that is trying to get in shape before the big wedding. Our TEAM GOAL is -70lbs. We also have a severe family history of heart disease, and diabetes. Our grandfather died at 58 of a massive heart attack. Our father has had two heart attacks. His first was when he was 35yrs during his open heart double by-pass. His second heart attack was at 45yrs. We both suffer from heart palpations, tachycardia and arrythmia. So if we do not take care of ourselves now we could end up on the operating table at 35yrs.
Maria-I am engaged to the love of my life. I am getting married in Aug and have always wanted to look beautiful on my wedding day.
Lori-I am married and have 2 children. I want to lose weight and be healthy for my family!! I am also in Maria's wedding and I don't want to be the fat Maid of Honor!!!
